Section 6
Formation Of Committee
(1) There shall be a Secretariat Operation and Management Committee to carry out functions including the formulation of required policies and looking after and making control and supervision in relation to the smooth operation and management of the Legislature-Parliament and the Secretariat.
(2) The Committee as referred to in sub-section (1) shall be formed as follows:
(a) Speaker -Chairperson
(b) Deputy Speaker -Member
(c) Secretary General -Member
(d) Secretary -Member
(e) Secretariat Secretary -Member-secretary
(2) The Committee as referred to in sub-section (1) shall be formed as follows:
